Palms Australia is Australia’s only Non-Government Organisation that places skilled volunteers in remote communities around the world for long-term, sustainable projects. Our volunteers are recruited at the request of our overseas partner communities to help develop the skills of local people.
Despite having worked in 39 countries and providing almost $200 million of skill development around the world, we’re a small, nimble team that relies on the valuable contribution of skilled and compassionate office volunteers. We’re looking for an office volunteer (full or part time) to assist with developing eLearning and webinar capacity in our office in Petersham, Sydney.
We are currently looking to shift some of our in-person training for overseas volunteers to the online space. We’re looking for someone with experience in developing and managing eLearning solutions to help us make the transition.
Though we’re happy for the volunteer to choose the hours that suit them, we ask that they commit to at least one day a week in the office.
We’re a busy, hardworking team made up of friendly, laid-back individuals. Volunteers receive training as needed while providing support that helps us continue to provide sustainable solutions to poverty in remote communities. We also make great coffee!
