Second Prize: Traditional Artefacts from Papua New Guinea (valued at $600)

The three artefacts include:

1. A Jaw Harp – an intricately carved musical instrument traditionally played by numerous ethnic groups when they court a bride.

2. A Hand Fan woven from pandanus grass and

3. A Mask – carved from light wood measuring 35cm in length traditionally used to ward off evil spirits.

Third Prize: An original painting of a Pacific scene (valued at $400)

Kethel enjoys painting inspiring landscapes from his studio in Port Stephens that he is happy to donate to a good cause. He is currently painting a coastal scene from Atauro Island off Timor Leste.

Raffle closes at 3pm Thursday 14 April 2022. Winners will be drawn Thursday 14 April 2022. Winners will be contacted via email and phone and results will be published on and on the Palms Australia Facebook page on Tuesday 19 April 2022. First prize includes return flights from your nearest airport to chosen destination and a 12-13 day Encounter package. Winners will have until Wednesday 18 May 2022 to claim their prize. In the event we are unable to contact the person listed on the first drawn ticket, the prize will be redrawn on Thursday, 19 May 2022.
